After my wife’s visit to Clinton she raved about the salesman Nicholas Hriczko. When we went together I found the same to be true for Nick. Perfect in EVERY way. Really. Had a message come up that said Emissions system problem See your dealer. you tested it and said there was not a problem with the Emissions, you removed the message and is working fine.
My husband and I give Charlie Bippart 5 stars for excellent attentiveness to our needs. Bud was also very helpful when I stopped in today in assisting with Android Auto. In regards to financing, we didn't appreciate being made to feel like we needed to pay so much more for our monthly payment (being upsold). This in no way is a reflection of our sales rep. Mr. Sharma in finance gave us this impression.
Today I had the pleasure of working with Michael who truly made the buying experience enjoyable. He was refreshingly down-to-earth and genuinely seemed more interested in helping me find the right vehicle than in making a quick sale. Unlike many others I've encountered, he wasn’t pushy at all. He provided clear, honest information and patiently answered all my questions without any pressure. This approach made the process straightforward and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a car.
