Clinton Honda has always been our favorite Honda dealer since we moved to Hunterdon County in 1999. Wyatt was excellent; answered all my questions and helped me navigate the sales process smoothly and efficiently.
The actual sale of my new vehicle went fine. No issues. However, the titling and transfer of tags has been a nightmare. For a little context, today is 44 days after my purchase of a new vehicle. Initially the dealership said they could transfer my tags since they are Maryland. However, that is not the case as my tags are Disabled Veteran and have no expiration. It took them two weeks to figure this out. On August 7th, I was told to go to the MVA myself. I did so, but was told by the MVA that the dealership had not processed ... read more
I have been dealing with Clinton Honda for many, many years, even after moving back to Pennsylvania 4 years ago. Charlie Bippart is the best! Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and most of all, he cares about his clients and does everything he can to meet their needs. He has always done so for me. Car number 8 - yes 8! As usual Feliks, Alex and the entire team were awesome. The atmosphere in the showroom is friendly and light. They are honest and fair. They need to sell cars and make a living but they understand the buyer point of view. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else and that says a lot considering I am 45 minutes away and there are probably around 10 Honda dealers that would be closer to my home. I am very satisfied with the workers at Honda North, Danvers. Lucky Chan and Allison in the Service Department are a great team. My gas cap could not open. The cable to the gas cap needed replacement. Lucky Chan had come to my house to test the problem. When he knew what was wrong, he telephoned Allison to order the part. He drove my car to be repaired.
