While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. I used the express service for a regular maintenance. I was in and out in an hour. Jim, the Service Manager was pleasant, and Troy, explained everything to me - the entire service team was a pleasure to work with. I was hesitant to use a different Honda Dealership (this one in Clinton is closer to my home) and have no reservations on going back for additional service and repairs.
Ed was very easy to deal/ work with. Knowledgeable about the process and the cars. Professional without being obnoxious ( as are many car salesmen). He was true to his word; did all he said he would- in assisting with the finalization of purchase. I did trust Ed and When I left the dealership, I felt that I had made a wise decision with my car purchase.

Professional, friendly, and efficient from the very start. Joe was great right from our first conversation with everything especially communication.
