On March 25th, around 3:30 PM, I discovered I had a nail in one of the tires on my CR-V. This was an emergency because I was scheduled for a medical procedure at 9:00 AM the following day. As permitted, I was driving myself to the procedure and it was too late to try to get alternate transportation. I drove to Clinton Honda, spoke with Deborah Greenaway, my Service Advisor, she discussed the situation with one of the service technicians and they took care of the problem, even though it was almost 4:00 PM by the time I arrive... read more
