I was there from 11am running back to my home and back to the dealer at the end of my day. I didn't even get the car I wanted because I wasn't able to get it. I got out of the dealer like around 7pm

One year ago we went in to buy 2015 Civic. We did but if we knew what we had to do to get a car of our Choi e we probably wouldn't have. At that point we probably would have given them a 2 or 3 rating. We went thru 3 different cars for various reasons before actually driving off the lot with our Civic. Terriable dishonest dealership. Tim "sales manager" worked with us for 5 days on a deal. Agreed on price told us he would hold till we got off work then 20 min later went back on his "agreement" because he found a buyer to pay more and who needed financing. Broke my 16 year old heart. Will never do business with them ever. Their word and guarantee's mean nothing typical "used" car salesman wonder why you guys get a bad rep this is why. Can't be trusted.
Went and looked at cars and no one ever came out to help us. Nice inventory just bad service
Service advisor Armen is great. In the past I'd had some rough experiences with other advisors at Honda North, but since my car has been serviced here before I figured I ought to return. Glad I did, because Armen did an exceptional job making sure my car was in and out in a timely manner and he was very clear in explaining the specific services my vehicle would need.
