Jermel was great!!! Extremely nice and definitely knows about cars and especially Hondas! Hard to find an honest mechanic anywhere....he is for sure that kind of guy! Happy to have found him and will def go back and recommend to others!
I've never had a customer service experience any better than this! Jermell was sending me photos of what he found as he performed the diagnostics and kept me updated continually. I can't say enough good things! I know where to take my car next time I need it worked on.
