I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Duncan Hyundai on 9/17/16. It was well worth the almost 3.5 hour drive up from Raleigh, NC. No pressure, etc. The experience was painless and i would Definitely recommend and purchase a car from them again. Most of all this car is for my wife and she is Extremely Happy with her updated Sonata as we traded in her 2006 Sonata for this 2013 model. Thank you again Duncan Hyundai.

I purchased my vehicle at on offsite Duncan location. Since then, I still haven't received my 2nd key as to which I was promised! I have called and called. And called. Every time I am given another excuse. The salesperson that sold me my car is now over the service dept (so he says). Never returns my calls as he promises to do each time. Very poor customer satisfaction!

What a great business you guys have here. The best customer service i have ever seen out of a dealership, very positive environment, great selection of cars, a great team of salesmen, just a very nice facility. These guys won't let you down, if your in the market for a new vehicle please check these guys out.
