Last weekend, my wife Julie and I drove from Asheville to purchase a Kona from Duncan Hyundai. Julie had searched the net for the model and color she wanted. We arrived at the end of Duncan's "Customer Appreciation Day" (everyone was fried from all the activities) and were immediately greeted by Matt, the Sales Manager. Loyd and the service staff at Duncan are absolutely phenomenal! I went to a previous Hyundai dealership and they wanted to charge me $1000 to fix my air horn by completely replacing my airbag. Not only did Loyd have the astuteness to question that diagnosis, he invited me in and checked out my car and fixed my car for no charge at all as it was an incredibly minor problem. Mike and the staff at Duncan Hyundai are top notch and make sure your taken care of. By far the best experience of buying a brand new car I’ve ever had to deal with. Will continues to do business with them in future in buying vehicles!
Buy two brand new vehicles there (which each have four new tires on them) and spend $50,000, and you will get charged $18.95 for each tire rotation. Spend $500 on just four new tires and you will get tire rotations for free. The service personnel there are five star, but this policy is one star.
Matt and his team were exceptional at addressing all of my needs when it came time to purchase a new vehicle for both myself and my fiance. I appreciate the teams hard work and commitment and dedication to customer service. I will definitely be going to back when it's time to purchase another vehicle.

They Advertised ( Still Up There) a yellow FJ Cruiser for Sale , 2007.. Said it Had Only 31K Miles.. Funny Because a Quick Carfax Check Of the VIN Shows It Had 71K+ Miles In 2010. They are Asking 19,000 For it Which Would Be Correct If it Actually Had 31K Miles. Once I Pointed Out that It Had to Have a Least 100K Miles On it ( According to Carfax ), They Left 31K Miles Up in the Big Banner, They added "True Mileage Unknown" In small Print, and They are Still asking about 8K More than a 2007 FJ Cruiser With 100K Miles would b... read more
