Worst service department I've ever been to! Took my 2011 Accord in to have the AC fixed, and they're saying it's my fault that it is broken. AC is covered under my warranty, but they're refusing to fix it because they're claiming I hit something that broke the condenser. I tried to explain to the manager that I would remember hitting something, but he didn't want to listen. Take your Honda's elsewhere for service!!
