I just had the absolute worst experience on the phone trying to set up an appointment for an oil change with one of the service department representatives. She treated me as if I was speaking a foreign language whenever I was trying to ask her to set up an appointment for an oil change It made me feel like I was stupid for asking one as if I’m not in the car or own the vehicle. I found that I needed some warranty done on my Ridgeline. Contacted Kathy and made an appointment. She was great as she had been in the past. She handled the work like a professional and jumped through all of the hoops to get the warranty work approved. Kathy is my hero. Bob Cate.

Steve, Ricky, Tanaja, and Connie always make me feel so welcomed when I bring my car in for service. They always address every concern with my vehicle and get it taken care of right the first time. The multipoint inspection gives me confidence knowing that my car is in great condition and gives me the ability to plan ahead for any future or upcoming services. Honda Cars of Rock Hill is the only place I’ll service my vehicle!
