Steve, Ricky, Tanaja, and Connie always make me feel so welcomed when I bring my car in for service. They always address every concern with my vehicle and get it taken care of right the first time. The multipoint inspection gives me confidence knowing that my car is in great condition and gives me the ability to plan ahead for any future or upcoming services. Honda Cars of Rock Hill is the only place I’ll service my vehicle!
The best Honda service center around! We drive 1.5 hours to have our cars serviced here because of the consistent, high quality work. The Service team does such a good job taking care of their customers and making sure all work is done thoroughly and correctly. I also never feel like they are trying to sell me unnecessary service. They're always looking out for the best interest of both me and my vehicle. We will be long time customers!
Amazing integrity and service! Devin Saxton (Technician) and Connie Underwood (Service Advisor) are both excellent! The way both of them approach the customer with explaining everything and being completely forthright is so refreshing. They give me options, share the pros and cons on those options and are patient with me as I ask questions so that I can make a decision. I really couldn't ask for a better experience when it comes to getting service on my vehicle.
I have to give a serious 5 star 100% superb all-star rating and review to Adam Wiesinger for getting me in this Saturday morning to service my car on an emergency basis. One does not come across such a great and honest person in a life time. I appreciate it and I am very thankful for all that he has done to go above and beyond the line to help me out with my car servicing over the years. Thank you again, Adam, I mean it.
