Such an embarrassing level of service. We had our first car leased from Hendricks , and came in to see lease options for a second car. Sales person showed no level of desire to sell, and after some time of back and fourth we asked to talk to a different person. We were assured that we are serviced by the best person in the shop, but unfortunately he was not willing to study our needs, kept asking same questions (model of car, type, colors, credit score, budget , etc.). If you are planning to use different financial services, do not go to Honda cars of McKinney!. Do not waste your time. I try to purchase a pre owned vehicle, sent all paper work and drafting and they said everything was ok that I could go and pick it up at any time. I was on my way to pick this car up and received a call that the car had been sold to a different person that used their financial services. Previously, they contacted me saying the car was ready.
