Had a very bad experience with the finance rep. Showed us with one rate and tricked us to sign the contract with another rate... when we found out, they explain: the “promotional rate” was not for this specific model... then what was the intention of showing us that rate at the first place if you already know that’s not even offered for the car we were buying?
