RecommendedI believe it was Colton although my invoice has John as the “advisor” I was in for a recall repair yesterday. Not only was my car service in MUCH MUCH MUCH less time than estimated, Colton updated as the process went along. I was also asked if I had any questions or if I needed anything else. Actually...there was something I had been procrastinating for many years. RecommendedWe really enjoy using Honda Cars of McKinney. From when we purchased our 2016 Odyssey through today we have been very satisfied with the sales people, the service people and even the parts guy who helped me. They are friendly, helpful and the service department has been competent and given fast service on ordinary maintenance.
