Very bad experience with the finance team of Honda Bellevue. I bought three cars from Honda Bellevue. The worst experience is with its finance team. My suggestion to everyone: Do not believe anything the finance team told/offered you. No matter whether you buy or lease a car from them, the final step is a conversation with its finance team to finalize the deal. Honda Auto Center of Bellevue takes advantage of consumers by violating multiple Washington State laws. They still have not paid off the lien on my trade-in and I have had to pay extra payments to protect my credit. WAC ********** states that if there is a lienholder on any vehicle acquired by the dealer, the dealer must obtain possession of the title by paying off any balance due to the lienholder no later than the second business day following the date of acquisition of the vehicle by the dealer. **************** purchased a vehicle from us on August 31st, 2024. We cut the payoff check within 2 business days of the transaction. Due to mail system complications, the payoff check was delayed to the bank. As of September 16th, the vehicle has been paid off.

I do not believe Honda Auto Center of Bellevue can be trusted either for the integrity of their pricing or vehicle inspection reporting due exorbitant pricing, deceitful labor estimates, & disingenuous service recommendations.I took my vehicle here for a routine oil change & tire rotation. To my surprise, they recommended $3,000+ in replacement parts in my vehicle inspection report. There are two reasons for me to write this review. First is because Bellevue Honda did repairs worth nearly $1000 and didn't actually solve the problem (I'll elaborate). Second and the most important reason is the loss of trust, disrespect and callousness with which Bellevue Honda went about handling this matter. This place is an absolute scam of a mechanic's shop. I brought my Honda Element here after my catalytic converter was stolen. They replaced my catalytic converter (this took 3 weeks) and I picked up my car, excited to finally have it back. After 20 minutes of driving my engine overheated and my car broke down. I had it towed back to Honda of Bellevue so they could diagnose what was wrong. My son and I have been a loyal customers since 2017. The obsession of the maintenance and sales stuff with getting the best possible rating for a job done is just ridiculous. They want the 10 star review or else. However, when I reached out in April 2021 about an issue I wanted to clarify I never heard back from 3 Maintenance representatives. Shady! Avoid this joke of a place. Service will break your car, then you have to argue with them to try to get them to fix their mistakes. I am now out unnecessary hundreds of dollars because the broke my fender liner, they finally replaced it & now that replacement fender liner( flew up with my kids in the car 2 days after they supposedly fixed it) because it was installed improperly with me watching them, its melted & ruined due to their negligence.... they refused to fix their mistake ! I've had several issues with the maintenance department. Everyone at the dealership is nice and friendly however I get service recommendations that are ridiculous. Several months ago I was having problems with one of my brakes. I brought the vehicle in for inspection and the technician rode with me until I was able to replicate the problem. They took everything apart and could not pinpoint the problem. They suggested that I replace the calipers ($800 for all four) because that would probably fix the problem? As for the concern of us recommending the brake calipers see the tech notes below at the time we recommended them we did find an issue on your visit in 05/2018. Due to one being seized and them being aftermarket calipers (Which means they are not a Honda product) We only recommend genuine Honda parts.
