I have bought Honda’s for years but I went to drive a CRV and decided to drive a Toyota rav 4. I was trying to decide which one I wanted and went back to drive the CRV and Chad toled me it was sold. He said first come first serve. I felt that he should have called me and told me someone else was interested but I should have had first choice. I bought a Chevrolet for the first time in my life.

Sales manager acts like it’s an inconvenience to work with you on trying to purchase a new car with a trade in giving a low ball trade in offer for a car with 65,000 miles and in very good condition that was bought there a year and a half ago. Also have had a few service issues and the service writer and tech always have an excuse as to why such things have happened on the vehicle rather than addressing the issues. Recommend doing business elsewhere.
