Three months ago (24May25), I personally had bad experience at Lake Elsinore Honda services where they faced an ethical dilemma in a business with me. I went to Honda services to try to get fixed my Honda Odyssey car with check engine light due to EVAP system very small leak detected. I told them that I used my Innova diagnostic tool and replaced the fuel cap (bought from auto zone) but the check engine light keeps coming back. I had a fantastic experience at the Honda dealership in Lake Elsinore. Mo was incredibly patient, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Mo!
I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for 5:30 and drove over an hour to get there, only to be told the car I came for had already been sold. No one bothered to call or let me know ahead of time. When I asked why they didn’t tell me before I made the trip, the response was just “oh sorry.” That’s completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. If this is how they treat customers, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
