Wife n I first time visit @ this dealership. Spoke with Franko to make our appointment. Came in for a drain n fill on our 2015 Accord. Tyler helped us. He was very pleasant. He even offered a free wash, which we gladly accepted. While we were waiting, Raul a Sales Associate stopped over to chat with us and was very pleasant as well. Recently leased a 2026 civic from this location. Really appreciate Daniel Ayala and Rick Corona for all of their assistance. The entire staff is so professional and friendly. This dealership has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Daniel was great getting us a test drive and going over all the details of the car. The entire process was quick and easy. This place will not waste your and genuinely values your business.
The service department here is the exact reason I would never ever even consider buying a Honda from this dealership. EVER! The service advisors do not return calls and kept my year old car for more than 8 hours, on a weekday, for an update issue. Then, I get a call telling me Honda hasn’t approved the update and they can’t fix it. Less than 20 minutes later, they reset it and then it’s working again… but I still have to wait for an update.
