Tonia is the best I’ve ever worked with on locating a home! She takes in every detail and looks at all the in and outs of the property. She personally approves of it before recommending it to you. She doesn’t settle at all. She will always go to bat on negotiating and making sure it’s really what you need and what fits your family best!
