RUN from Ray!!! I cannot stress this enough. If I could rate a negative number, that would be more appropriate for this man. This is the most money hungry, unethical disgrace of a realtor/broker known to man. This guy did not complete a sale so he went after the 70 year old couple who backed out of the deal and sued them to get a paycheck. He is now trying to go after their social security.
