They did a great job. They responded to my request immediately with a good bid. They were on time and experienced. They were also able to do an extra job for me at a reasonable cost. They did the job as quoted.
Homewurx was kind enough to help me diagnose my sprinkler issue on the phone free of charge. It turned out that the system had partially lost power and I was able to fix the problem myself. Next time I have a real problem, I'm definitely going to contact Homewurx!

Horrible experience. We asked the company to redo our sprinkler system in the backyard to adjust for a new deck we had put in. He did two hours of work in our backyard to identify where the sprinkler system runs and then called to tell me me fee was $500 for his two hours of work. I was shocked. How can you charge $250 per hour? He said, he charges $50 for each hole he digs in my backyard to find the sprinkler lines. Business response:
After having all the options explained to him, Mr. Mitton hired us to find and repair the lines his deck builder cut when drilling holes and then he left for work. The invoice shows clearly the labor costs at $250.00 NOT 500.00. We do not charge by the hour and never have. Digging extra holes to make more money is ridiculous and not how we do business. Mr. Mitton himself acknowledges we did the work but has paid nothing. We are a for-profit business and we do expect to be paid after we provide services.
Kent and his son Ryan did a superb job repairing my plumbing problem. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. I immediately felt I could trust them to be honest and they were. I had a toilet that was leaking in my upstairs bathroom. There was a hole in the pipe that was leaking water through the ceiling and down into the basement when flushed. Kent, was very professional, He checked what I asked and discovered I didn't have the problem I thought but he checked and repositions the sprinkler heads for better coverage. I would hire him again in a minute and have his card to call when spring rolls around for him to check them again. Wonderful, professional service.
