Homewurx Inc. arrived at the appointed time, gathered the necessary information and proceeded in a very methodical, efficient manner. All aspects of the repairs were analyzed and brought back to working order. A full explanation of of the completed work was fully explained in a relaxed manner. We are looking forward to working with this company again.
Very responsive--could have even scheduled same-day or next-day service if needed. They were running a few minutes late but called to notify me and showed up within 10 minutes of the appointment time. The main reason I called them turned out to be either user error or magically fixed itself, but they helpfully offered suggestions and handled a couple other issues in my irrigation system while they were here.

I am a senior and they were very understanding about my financial situation. He checked my sprinkler heads and explained that I was not getting enough pressure to pop-up the head so he suggested replacing a pressure valve at a reasonable rate. I intend to hire him in the fall to winterize my sprinkler.

Excellent Customer Service: Kent called me immediately after I posted on Angieslist, and he was available later that same day. He and his colleague even came over on a Saturday to address a second, separate issue. They even explained some helpful sprinkler maintenance information! Quality Work: Everything seems to work well, and they had all of the necessary parts on hand. I would definitely recommend Homewurx Inc.!
They were knowledgeable and very professional. They showed up on time. They are my new favorite sprinkler repair company. I will use them in the fall to blow my sprinkler out.
