Very prompt response and got it done in reasonable time

The team from Homewurxâ s was great. Arrived on time. Did not complain about having to turn the water off at the meter, because of being an older home. Got straight to work and was done within an hour and very close to price estimate. Definitely will use again for any plumbing problems.
Kent was very attentive and prompt. The work done to solve our problem was excellent. The labor charges are exactly what was quoted. The parts charges were a bit overpriced, if I had to guess it was a 40-50% mark up. Considering they were able to show up the same day and fixed our problem, a little extra in parts was likely worth it.
I only dinged the stars because he quoted an estimate over the phone and then wanted to charge a lot more once the work was done. He did honor the high end of the estimate though. I appreciated that he was able to handle an emergency quickly on New Year's day when the other contractors recommended by HomeAdvisor didn't even call me back until the next day, even though their websites indicated they should have been open. Gave me a quote over the phone, easy to schedule, showed up early and did great work. My grandma said she will be calling anytime she needs anything done around the house. Much appreciated.
