I rented a property with Homeworx for three years and had an excellent experience throughout my stay. Any maintenance concerns I had were always addressed quickly and professionally. I looked at this duplex twice. The first time I was not quite ready as I had just placed my condo up for sale. Cristy was patient and understanding; she did not make me feel like I wasted her time. Later I checked to see if any other duplexes were available & the same one I looked at was! Cristy has been a great property mgr; quick to respond, patient & very understanding and kind.
Cristy is horrible at answering the phone. I’ve been trying to get ahold and view a house for at least a week now just for her to finally answer and say the property likely isn’t available anymore. I hope that deal falls through. Your communication is very poor.
