Great customer service, perfect communication from the beginning until the end. We had an issue with a downdraft that’s parts were no longer working. I had multiple companies all over town come to look and no one was helpful but Homeworks.

Homeworks and the staff have helped my wife and I with all of our appliance installs over the years. They offer more than fair pricing, always show up on time, and do a professional job. Devin helped solve a washing machine drain issue that could have cost us thousands of dollars in damage! We recommend them to anyone looking for local, reliable help!
This company performed an installation on a high end gas/electric range before Covid. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I recently had to have my range serviced and the manufacturer requested some pictures to help diagnose the issue. I sent two pictures: one of the natural gas connection, specifically the regulator, and one of the electrical connection. Instructions were included with the range when they arrived but they chose not to follow them. The manufacturer said we are lucky an accident didn't happen. The... read more
