Absolutely terrible. We had a flight canceled and reserved a room around Midnight. When we got there the lobby was full of other passengers with reserved rooms. We were all told to wait 1 or 2 hours while a single person was putzing around "cleaning rooms" at 1am. How does that work? Check out is 3pm. How are there 10 dirty rooms 10 hours later? So we were laying on the floor for an hour and sleeping in the lobby and the "receptionist" came over and blurted out "are y'all waiting for a room?"... what else would we be doing? ... read more

OVER PRICED WITH MOTEL VIBES!!! Room definitely did not match the price. It was spacious but not clean and the hallway reeked of Marijuana. When sanitizing the room I also found hairs in the bathtub and around the toilet seat. Furniture felt and appeared dirty. Didn't want to sit or touch anything. Highlight: Customer service was good. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also a highlight. Great presentation and a nice variety to choose from.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at Homewood Hilton. The front desk staff had a poor attitude and were unhelpful throughout my stay. They seemed impatient and unprofessional when I tried to ask for assistance, which made the entire check-in and communication process frustrating. What was even more unacceptable was that I was not provided with a working room key. Every single time I needed to enter my room, I had to rely on security staff to open the door for me. Room was good, big and spacious. Locations is convenient but that's about it. People there don't know what they're doing - and they don't have a good attitude. Keys were not working for days so you need someone to escort you into your rooms all the time. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and just stayed on so no one could sleep.
