My stay at this Homewood Suites was a terrible experience. The first room I was assigned, Room 909, had no working air conditioning, and dark smoke began coming out of the vent. After I reported the issue, I was eventually moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also in unacceptable condition. Part of the ceiling appeared to have collapsed because of a leak, the carpet underneath was soaked, and spilled coffee had been left on the TV stand. We stayed early August and it was easily one of the worst hotel stays our family has ever had and absolutely not what we expect from Homewood Suites or the Hilton brand. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and frankly felt unsanitary: foul-smelling bags of trash were left by the elevator, the room and hallways smelled bad, furniture and kitchen cabinets were broken, the phone did not work, bathroom fixtures were in disrepair, the gym and hallways had no apparent air conditioning, and even the breakfast area raised cle... read more
