I again must write yet another review about Homewood Suites by West Port. Been here since 3/16/2025 + Whether your staying out of town for pleasure, kids games, family situation/relationships, etc. You still want to feel "at home" even if your not at home. Recently stayed here and the price for the hotel certainly did not match the service. We asked 5 times for a plunger for it to finally arrive hours later and we were told to plunge it ourselves. (It was not flushing property).. same thing happened with the people we traveled with in their room, and it was clogged when they got in the room. The breakfast was subpar. Mold in our bathroom. We did not think the price of the hotel matched the service we got.

My experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis Westport was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, mainly due to the conduct of General Manager Kyla and the hotel’s complete disregard for guest privacy. During my stay, housekeeping entered my room multiple times despite clear “Do Not Disturb” signage and repeated requests for privacy. Discrimination between guest!! The most important thing to state first is that Kyla the manager had housekeeping to come in our room while we were not there and go through our personal belongings!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel, primarily due to the behavior of the general manager, Kyla Schraier.
