Stayed here many times. A little disappointed this trip tho. They now charge $10/day for parking. They also hold $150 until check out and take the$10 per day out of it and credit you back the remainder. Room safe doesn't work. We'll prob look for a different hotel next time.
We were originally staying at another hotel in Saratoga Springs that was terrible, and since we were going to be in the area for another week, we needed to find more suitable accommodation. We were so happy to have found this place. We chose the one-room King suite, which was perfect for the length of our stay. We were there during Christmas. Every1 was going above and beyond for all the guests.
Staff was very friendly. Building is immaculate. Very hospitable and kind. Clean pool and hot tub. Free hot and cold breakfast! Receptionist was amazing!
