We were there for 4 days on 4th floor. Neither elevator was working for the whole time. Pretty inconvenient with no help offered for getting bags up and down.
Best hotel I've stayed at in 10 years. Friendly, a/c was on when I arrived, good sized room, easy walk to SPAC. Only complaint would be the internet speed; paid for the faster connection and it wasn't much faster.
Great hotel for the price. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good. The rooms had everything you could need and were very clean. It was close to SPAC and downtown Saratoga. The only rough part was that they did not have EV chargers.
