I really like the hotel over all only thing I was really upset about was the pull out couch it was extremely uncomfortable and the "bed" part The mattress had no padding was completely springs totally impossible to sleep on ended up having my niece sleep in my bed and it was a tight fit with how much she rolls so she ended up on the floor 2 times we didn't get any sleep..The staff was very friendly and the complementary breakfast was yummy my niece did love the SpongeBob SquarePants fish tank in the lobby which entertain her... read more
Great hotel we stayed at on our way to Vermont. Friendly staff and they let us have a late check in. Really large rooms with a kitchen and pull out bed. Nice breakfast in the morning before we hit the road. We were traveling for business and would def stay here again.

Exceptionally enjoyable visit while in Rochester with my son who was visiting RIT for possible enrollment. Hotel accommodated me by giving me two queen beds rather than 1 king. Stayed in the suite and although it was a little pricey, we definitely got more than our money's worth. Extremely spacious and comfortable room. Would 100% stay again if in the area again. Went with an employee rate, there was 2 children with us. Got to our room and it was smoking, called front desk was told they are full and so we got pumped to a smoking room. Nobody called us to say sorry or even recognized the concerns. Will not return and strongly discourage!!
Staff is always friendly. Suites are large and have everything you need. Our favorite weekend hideaway.
