It was a wonderful,clean, comfortable stay for my daughter and I. The staff was very friendly. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the air conditioner. It was pretty loud and hidden, I couldn't access it myself. But, I could overlook that, because it was such a great stay after a great night at a concert. I'd highly recommend!

This hotel is very nice. It's located in a nice greater Rochester area with shopping and restaurants close by. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. A lot of times I have to mess with the heating/cooling unit because the temperature isn't quite right. I didn't have to do that here. Perfect temperature! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the evening social is a nice touch! great location and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Only negative is the pull out sofa bed.
The staff are very friendly. The food both breakfast and the evening social is great. This is such a great convenience after a busy day. You can tell the food service people really care by the way they present the food and constantly replenish so it is fresh...thanks!
