Nice Room, But Service Needs Work The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel overall smelled fresh—housekeeping did a great job. However, front desk service was disappointing. Staff lacked basic professionalism—no proper greetings, STAYED SEATED during check-in and playing with his phone, and one seemed annoyed when I requested a late checkout. At first I was ready to give 5 stars to this hotel. It was clean and quiet. After checking in and heading up to my room, I noticed what looked like they scraped horse manure and mud off their boot in front of room 819. The next morning, I noticed it again and told housekeeping. Went down for breakfast, which was good. Went back up to my room and couldn't get in my room. Key stopped working.
