Hotel is comfortable but a bit pricey for what they offer. Rooms are comfortable but honestly not super clean. The staff is very nice. though, especially Richard from maintenance and Martha from the kitchen. I just got surgery on my foot and Richard helped me with several comodities in my room and Martha helped me every morning during breakfast and was extra nice getting me milk for my coffee after breakfast was removed.
We stayed here a couple months ago and was very impressed. I usually stay at residence inn, but ended up here because it was closer and cheaper to where we needed to be. If given the chance, I will pick Homewood over residence inn forever now. However, the dolphin mall location was awful. Anyway, the breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast, not great but not bad. nice pool and half basketball court. I was able to check in early which was extremely helpful since our Key Largo accommodations we had to be out by 10
Great location. They even allow you to use all the hotels fitness rooms . The reception was great as well
