Great hotel and fabulous staff. Felt at home and taken care of. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was outstanding. Will recommend the staff and hotel highly.
Our stay at the Homewood Suites was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and kind. Shout out to Jenny at the front desk who helped me check into my room. She greeted me with a warm smile when I came through the door and was very helpful with the check in process. The front office staff was amazing. Some of the sweetest ladies I've ever encountered. However, the housekeeping staff was horrible. The ones I did see were definitely very nice but they did not clean those rooms. I always reclean my room when I get there just for my comfort but these rooms weren't even clean to begin with. The sheets from the previous guests were still on the bed. They didn't clean the bathrooms. From what I noticed they just lifted the toilet seat up to make it seem like it was cleaned.
