I really like this homewood suites location. It's was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area has shopping mall right an across from it and there are plenty of food options. My room was very nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. Cleanliness is my top priority second to location of any hotel and this was was very cleaning. Also the free parking was a Plus. I had a great stay at this Homewood Suites. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Breakfast was great. The fitness center is convenient, but it could use some updates—new dumbbells, refreshed treadmills, a couple of additional benches, and more mirrors would make a big difference. Still, everything else about the stay was excellent, and I’d happily return.

I check into the hotel on 05/14/26 and although the key machine was malfunctioning and causing delays Karen handled the situation with professionalism patience and respect towards every single guest. Even under pressure she remained calm courteous helpful throughout the entire process customer service like hers truly stands out especially during stressful situations.
