My recent stay at Hilton Homewood Suites was disappointing. My room was not ready by the check-in time, and I tried messaging via the hotel chat while en route, but I never received a response. My family and I had to wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours. I was told the room was still being cleaned because the head of housekeeping reported it was still dirty. Stayed here for a week the beginning of February while my dad was having surgery & recovery at UC Health Hospital. Location was great, rooms were great and the staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We were very happy with our stay here. There are lots of stores and food places near by.

I was here for a work trip, the staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast is by far the best I've had at a hotel before. The rooms are brand new, spacious, and completely set with a kitchen, large bathroom and shower. They have beer on tap and happy hour on Wednesday!
