The staff was friendly and our bed was comfortable but honestly these are the only 2 positive things about this hotel. On the first night our heat stop working we woke up to a 63 degree room. After 2 calls to the front desk it was finally fixed. On day 2 we noticed a horrible smell coming from the silverware drawer, after removing all the dishes and washing them I discovered rotting food or a dead mouse in one of the pots. The suite was huge and clean. The drawers in the dressers kept slowly opening over and over though. I think the furniture is just a bit worn out (or they have ghosts ) The view out the windows was great. Unfortunately, we had tons of trouble with the lock on our door though, and ended up stuck in the hallway for quite a while. The front desk staff were really kind and tried to be helpful, but eventually maintenance had to come and override the door to get us back into the room after breakfast. Buen hotel tranquilo buena ubicación buen almuerzo y diferente pues los días que estuvimos ahí cambiaron algunos platos. un día me fabrique unos tacos de tinga y 👍 el personal amable si lo recomiendo.tambien parece que están remodelando algunas habitaciones pues nos dijeron que la que nos hospedamos todavía no la remodeaban y así estaba bien

I had to remove my rating of this hotel where I have consistently given a rating of 5 stars for the past 6 years. Having stayed at this hotel for multiple months at a time over the last 7 years, we are excellent candidates to give our honest opinion of this property. Most of the front desk staff, and the Assistant GM and Sales Manager all resigned recently so there must be a reason for that. I've stayed here several times and have noticed the progressive decay of this once decent place. Starting with the rooms, I went to my assigned room to discover an unfinished room, the excuse at the front desk is that is was clean, but housekeeping forgot to do a check, however the dirty pillow cases say otherwise. I was given another room however the exceptionally bright parking lot lights blare through the cheap curtains and it's impossible to get the room dark enough to sleep properly.
