Tile was cracked and coming off the floor in the bathroom. No mattress encasements on the beds for bed bug protection. Even most budget motels do that now as a precautionary measure. Should have checked for bedbugs but was afraid to. Couch in the living room area was filthy, beat up and looked like it had a blood spot on it. The old ice bucket looked like it had been there since 1995 and resembled a petri dish. No breakfast offered. Place needs a major renovation. We always stay at Homewood Suites when we come to Fort Collins to go to CSU with our pup! It’s very dog friendly and a very comfortable place when you need to stay several days.
nice place to stay. close to alot of fine dining. it's located in a great area and close to stores.
