While the staff is awesome, the facility leaves a lot to be desired. First, I had to go to the desk to get multiple keys. Second, the exercise room and pool would not open without the assistance of staff. Third, the hotel is outdated and needs a remodel(I understand it will be a Marriott Towneplace hotel).
Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. You need a vehicle to get around. Rooms include a full kitchen.
Although I gave this 4 stars. This is one of our favorite hotels to stay in and we have stayed multiple times over the years. The price is a lot for what it is.
