The area felt really safe with my family. The breakfast was really good and the staff and rooms were really nice.

☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Very disappointed with our recent stay. I booked a King One Bedroom Suite, but at check-in, the front desk tried to downgrade us to a two-queen suite without saying anything. I only found out because I asked. When I pushed back, they were reluctant to give me the room I had actually reserved. Midway through our stay, we were told we had to switch rooms because the suite was "booked." When we called to ask if the new room was ready, we were transferred around and no one had answers. Extremely disappointed with our recent Hilton stay. My partner, a Diamond member, had booked a King One Bedroom Suite. At check-in, the front desk tried to give us a suite with two queen beds without saying anything—we only found out because he asked. I am not a fan of the Fox News that is broadcast in the lobby and breakfast dining room. I'm not sure why a hotel would select such a polarizing TV channel for everyone to listen to when it would seem to me that it would drive a large number of customers away. It is the first time I have ever seen this at a Hilton property.
