This place is the BEST. Can’t say enough about how great, friendly and accommodating the staff were. The room was amazing! Kids LOVED the pool. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in ages from a hotel. And we even had our 6 year old accidentally call 911 and not only was the response time amazing they were super nice about it being an accident. I would highly recommend and will be staying at these hotels again!!!
I gave this place a 1-star review because the pool was extremely cold, making it unusable. I had booked it for my 6-year-old’s birthday, which was disappointing. While we were there, other kids were playing volleyball and football in the pool, and one of them hit my daughter in the head with a ball. To make matters worse, as we were checking out, the front desk employee was rolling her eyes at another guest who wasn’t being rude or disrespectful at all. The room is a bit dated but they are spacious and clean. The one negative comment is that the bath linen is falling apart
Friendly staff, good breakfast elevators make noise even though they where just inspected
Pool has apparently been closed for a month - no advance notice was given, nothing posted on the website (even if you try to book today), and nothing proactively mentioned at checkin. One of the reasons I booked here was for the kids to swim, something they had been looking forward to with their cousins. I would have booked somewhere else had I known this ahead of time.
