clean quiet peaceful respectful and friendly staff
I am (was) a Hilton Gold Member and have never had a negative experience with personalized service until now. My experience with this hotel, the front desk staff (when they were not outside smoking), the manager (Shawn McGuire) and Hilton customer service resulted in my decision to never stay at another Hilton again. I have never encountered such rude, unprofessional people in the hospitality industry.
Clean rooms quiet hotel. Super friendly staff.
