Can't speak for all the rooms but room 219 was in very bad shape. Couch was broken. Bathroom smelled like mold and pretty sure there were old blood stains on one of the chairs in the kitchen area. The pool is tiny.
The air conditioner in my room was not working. I was first told to try a different setting and wait for 30 minutes to see if it worked. When it didn't, maintenance was called, and they said they had been having problems with thus room and couldn't fix it. There were no other rooms available, and I was offered no other options. They should not have booked this room knowing of this issue. I requested a refund or discount but was denied. I am a Hilton honors member (or was until now). Will never use a Hilton hotel again.
I was a bit underwhelmed. The rooms were semi clean. They were a decent size though. What really annoyed me though was the noise above me. I don't get why people walk around like elephants at 5 am. It was like they were coming through the ceiling. There is a dishwasher, but no solution. So make sure you bring that. Lots of mold in the bathroom. I used to consider the Hilton brand higher end. If I could give this hotel -5 stars i would give it -6. This is clearly the worst. Some workers are so mean and dont even care about even one complaint.
