Single worst hotel experience to date. We cancelled our overnight reservation with no alert to being charged. They corporate Hilton after many calls says my refund will be generated in 78-10 business days. on the 11th business day i call (today) only to be told that the hotel has to generate the refund and a manager won't be in until 3:30 this day. what a joke. no one answers there so this will still not be resolved. Terrible. Do not stay here. The customer service is the worst. Zero understanding, compassion, or compromise. Had to cancel our vacation to the area because our 3 year old busted his face/teeth on a concrete wall and needed surgery. Refused to accommodate/issue refund. I understand there may be policies to protect from non-committal bookings leading to room vacancy, but their situational decision here reflects pure interest in corporate profits over anything else.
Nice hotel with extra amenities. Being able to use the workout space and indoor pool at the attached Embassy Suites is a bonus. The staff was very friendly and attentive to requests. They are doing a needed renovation which will update ad improve future experiences. You have to pay for parking which was odd considering the shared parking with the Embassy Suites and the adjacent shopping area. Food was good and the room was clean and decent.
