Avoid at all cost -- cancelled room on us upon arrival at 10pm on night of stay after booking 45 days in advance and being checked in online with digital room key already activated. The person called us earlier that evening and asked if the room we booked was a must and we said yes which is why we booked so far in advance and traveling with four children and said ok see you when you arrive. Walked in the room, got our kids all ready for bed and settled…then looked at the wall next to the bed and saw 20-30 ladybugs. Found a couple on the sheets…..when my husband notified them there was no compensation and we were told it was “normal for that side of the building”. Not sure how its ever “normal” to have living bugs in your hotel room **edited to add photo husband took while there. Definitely not a normal problem to have**

This shouldn’t be a Hilton franchise. The first room smelled like mold because there was mold all over the windows. The couch look like it was pulled from true bottom of a river. The second room had a broken window latch that I had to take a knife and fix to where it didn’t push the frame out so it would stop letting in traffic noise and cold air. The window curtain wasn’t even installed correctly. The desk staff was quite rude, but I forgive them because they have to work at this hotel and they are probably frustrated with ... read more
