Front desk staff make or break an experience and both morning and night staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rest of the hotel was great too.
Clean rooms. Nice stay. No problem.
Really nice experience. My only criticisms are that the hotel is showing its age a bit and could use a refresh. Also, they only do dinner on Wednesdays which was disappointing as I am used to them having something every weeknight. My room was clean and in good condition. For those concerned about jet noise, don't be. I never noticed any noise from the airport. Area is really nice around it too with plenty of shopping and food choices. Staff is very accommodating.
