Horrible customer service. The overnight front desk staff member (blonde hair older lady) acted snobby & indifferent. I greeted her she said nothing. I asked for a to-go breakfast from the complimentary breakfast area. I explained that I was headed to the navy base for an early appointment. She offered me a protein bar . Everything one needs - clean, spacious suites, caring staff, quiet, and great location. Highly recommend.
Rooms are clean and fresh. Service staff is friendly and courteous. Shuttle was on time and we arrived at the airport in a timely manner. We always stay there when flying out of Charleston.
Tough to get out of lot and turn left during rush hour.
