Rooms were nice, beds too soft. Don't expect to get any response from the manager. Found silverfish in the bathtub. My digital key was not available

We had family unexpectedly come into town while we were in the middle of redoing our bedrooms with new carpet, paint, and everything else. We called Homewood Suites, and luckily they had a room available. It worked out perfectly! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and our family had a great stay. We met them there, went to dinner, and came back to the hotel afterward. The boys had a blast swimming in the pool, and it was nice that they could enjoy a pool other than our own for a change!
