There are some excellent staff members here 💫 Tamisha 💫, ⭐️ Jasmine ⭐️, Raul, Mr. Richards and Penelope. They truly stand out because they are kind, helpful, hospitable and genuinely care about the good name of their employer. Some other folks are not as interested in the guest experience and it's very apparent. I plan to switch hotels next week due to some seemingly passively hostile behavior. Great location and friendly service makes this Homewood suites a good location for staying in Austin. Just few miles from the airport and also easy access to I-35 to get out of town or go into Austin. If you have the Hilton Honors app you can also get additional perks here. Love the morning breakfast!
I chose this location due to breakfast starts at 6am per the description in the Navan app. In actuality, it is 6:30am. I have to be gone by that time. Otherwise, I love the freezers in the rooms.
