Every time we come.
Horrible. Was harassed by staff. tried to get contact info for mgt. was refuses. If you are not a white person who looks like the rest they will embarrass you. The staff is a bunch of profilers who should be unemployed. Hilton you are welcome to contact me asap. Sent an email, that was answered by the staff who profiled me. Never ever again will we stay there. And if you are different from the normal person you should stay away.
Upon entering the king bed had 4 standard pillows. The kitchen was bare. Thanks to Pamela the front desk host, things magically appeared after asking for a remidy. Four king feather pillows and pots and pans. Thank you Hilton for having such experienced, caring, and beautiful staffers with smiling eyes and welcoming smiles.
Front desk service was rude and unhelpful. Got here at 11:30pm and took 2 hrs to be told they couldn't find our reservation. No effort to really help or solve the problem.
