If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Fantastic hotel & exceptional staff, especially Pamela at the front desk! She made me feel like a VIP! The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is delicious! I will definitely stay here every time I come to town.
Upon entering our room, we noticed a dog urine stain on the carpet. I informed housekeeping and the front desk about it. After waiting for 3 hours, the stain was still not cleaned or sterilized. We chose to relocate to a different hotel. Because of allergies, we decided against staying for the two nights and asked to check out. Unfortunately, the staff could not issue a refund. We will not be returning here in the future.
Scheduled for 1 night. Then I ended up in the hospital. 1 night became 3, then 7, then 8. Each change was easily done. Front office staff helped my wife navigate everything, including how to get back and forth to the hospital. They got her some food when she missed breakfast. Just above and beyond what you would expect. Rooms got a 4 because the a/c sounded like a jet plane taking off.
Very nice accommodation, clean and tidy, nice and welcoming staff, they care you feel comfortable, rooms very comfy , hot showers. That is what you care for after a long driving trip.
