Beautiful hotel with the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever encountered (and we travel a lot). My family of 7 loved our stay. Our room was large, comfortable, and had many added amenities that we loved.The indoor pool area was secure, clean, and enjoyable.The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and the employees working it were amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience on our trip to Asheville. We will be back.
Great stay at the Homewood Suites in Asheville. Highly recommend because if the remodeled suites and excellent, friendly staff! Will stay here again.
Very nice hotel. Currently under renovation but I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms with a mountain view and it was very nice. Staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location.
Stayed here for a quick overnight in Asheville with my family and it was fine. They are renovating the hotel so at times the elevator would stop on those floors but otherwise it was a good stay for one night.
First, we were awakened at 5:30am by a fire alarm malfunction. Then there was no hot water. Front desk said "everyone is trying to take a shower at the same time." Well, that's what happens in a hotel; most people want to shower in the morning so the hotel should be equipped to handle that demand for hot water. So sad that I wasted a substantial number of Hilton Honors points on such a miserable stay.
I have stayed in Asheville, NC many times, and I can truly say this is the best location thusfar, and the only regret is that I had not stayed at this particular facility sooner! Great location, staff, amenities.... nothing more to be said! ����
We stayed two nights on a driving trip through the southeast, and think this hotel is one of the very best! All amenities were top quality - staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable without exception. This is a great hotel!
My 4 hour drive to Asheville to enjoy a peaceful weekend in the mountains was ruined by the Assistant manager at this hotel!! This is the most disrespected and degraded I've felt in a very long time and I will NEVER return to this hotel on business nor pleasure. The manager Troy called me to offer me a free one night stay at any Homewood Suites...WOW! How dare he try to buy my dignity and respect!!!
