Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Asheville area. The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and close to downtown and the Biltmore. 5 stars to the continental breakfast as well. There were breakfast tacos with carnitas (which were delicious) and various toppings. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I really appreciated the pre-packaged chia seed pudding and overnight oats made with oat milk. Overall, very impressed and high on the list of hotel experiences.
A beautiful room with full kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good rates. My only minor complaint: the TV is not directly facing either the bed or the sofa, so the only way to get a head-on view is sitting in the office chair at the desk.
Nathan and Charissa (I hope I spelled her name right) were very friendly and helpful. In fact, every staff member with whom I interacted was friendly. The lobby is nice and the free breakfast was pretty good. Our room was very clean and well presented. It looked like it should have cost twice what we paid for! This is overall one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back again!
We have stayed here multiple times and this is one of our favorite hotels! The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The rates are very affordable and the rooms are always spotless. Very kid friendly. We will be back for sure!
My car broke down on the highway. I was able to get off the highway and reach the Firestone across the street. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my car at that time, and I had to have it towed to the BMW in town. I chose to stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville-Tunnel Road at this time due to the fact that it is directly across the street from Firestone.
