We were fortunate enough to have Dawn sent out twice a couple of years ago when we'd called HomeWise on the recommendation of a colleague. A week ago, a new plumbing issue emerged. We knew that we needed their help, so we asked specifically if they could send Dawn again. I needed garden hose valves replaced and one didn't have an internal isolation valve. I called and got a recording but the office (Tianna) then called me so my overwhelm was overcome - much appreciated!! Tianna got me in que earlier than I expected - I was under a timeline for the repair so she was great in helping out there. Riley arrived prepared for everything and early in the window. Fantastic company, great service, quality work! Tianna was very thorough in answering my questions, and Riley is just a class act, from quote to finished job. He even recommended a new spot for the hot water heater so I could have room to store my bike 👍😬. Highly recommend!
