I needed garden hose valves replaced and one didn't have an internal isolation valve. I called and got a recording but the office (Tianna) then called me so my overwhelm was overcome - much appreciated!! Fantastic company, great service, quality work! Tianna was very thorough in answering my questions, and Riley is just a class act, from quote to finished job. He even recommended a new spot for the hot water heater so I could have room to store my bike 👍😬. Highly recommend!

Amazing company! Tianna in the office was so quick to respond and get us scheduled quickly even though we were a bit flakey! She was so patient and kind! Ryan was awesome to quickly unclog our drains and check for leaks. We hoped there was no leak problem so we wouldn’t have to cut into the ceiling but when we discovered later there was indeed a leak Riley came and found a very hard to diagnose and fix leak. My hot water tank failed without notice. HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage was there within an hour to help me mitigate the flow of water. Next business day HomeWise was on site with new tank. Removal and install was clean, quick, effortless. Matched the quote given too. All in all a really awesome experience! Shout out to Dawn, Lori and Tianna for making it ALL happen!! HomeWise will be my first call for all my plumbing needs moving forward

Tianna in the office was super responsive and patient with our initial inquiry, questions, and multiple follow-up questions. And Riley replaced our hot water tank and did an amazing job. He listened to our concerns and preferences, answered our questions, replaced our existing piping mess with a super neat setup, insulated the pipes, and cleaned the work area before (and after) sliding in the new tank. Very happy we choose HomeWise.
