No response from phone calls on the progress of my repair
this company is absurd! invest all this money and can't even reach them for an issue that needs to be resolved. been calling for days all we get is a busy signal or voicemail. don't waste your hard earned $ with these people

My parents are over 70 and have been communicating with your team since Christmas Eve about a faulty part that was promised to be fixed way before then.
