The entire process was flawless and thorough as we were trying to provide support to our parents who needed home care so they could remain in their home. Homewatch provided all the details to our inquiries and placed the right care giver to meet our parents needs. Mark was awesome with the onboarding and Jenn is a great care giver for our parents.
We have been provided people who care. We needed around the clock care for a short period and Mark accomodated us.
It has been one year that Miss Beverly Thomas has been coming to my house to help me. She is smiling when she arrives, and she is smiling when she leaves. She has gotten to know the neighborhood when she comes here and they all come to my porch when she's here to visit and carry on. We all find her to be a great joy! Having an almost friendship with her has enhanced my life and the life of the people that have met her.
