Our caregiver Kristy Costales is Super great with Kay E. She is always here to make her breakfast &lunch. She also will junp in to empty the dishwasher and clean my breakfast pans and make mom‘s bed and she’s willing to do little chores without be asked to. she is also helpful and coming up with ideas to remind Kay of what’s been going on because she forgets easily. Kay very appreciative of having her here for company.🫶
Jessenya is serious about her job it seems to me that she does her homework on the client. She came in and knew what to do. She didn’t need to be told. She’s a very good employee.
HomeWatch has always tried to find the perfect match for our mother and work with our schedule. Full time, 7 days a week, and they try to keep consistency with care providers. Phil, Monica, Skiler, Logan, and Gloria are so good with our mom. They treat her with kindness, respect, & compassion. They keep us updated daily.
