Worked here for almost 4 years. The previous owner was great, the new owner seemed great as well. But then was let go because of whatever reasons. Never had a problem until the new HR lady became involved. She ran off a lot of great employees. We hired Homewatch Caregivers after getting a recommendation from my husband's co-worker. The initial part-time (20 hours) helper was good and interacted with my father well. Once his health declined, we asked for 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. It took Homewatch Caregivers over a week to get someone for the extra 20 hours. The person they hired turned out to be a CONVICTED FELON OF FRAUD AND ELDERLY ABUSE. As a Care Manager I appreciate the engagement we get to have with our care partners. They are known by name from our Scheduler to our owner.
I had the nurse come here to do the initial assessment two weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing from them cents. I called them today and they told me that they don’t have any workers in Fort Collins that I need to go to a different company. I should’ve been told this two weeks ago. And if you notice on their reviews all of their positive reviews from are from their own employees. Not one positive review from a client. They say it was a miscommunication that they did not have one of my tenants paperwork that it was miscommunicated and there were things said that we're not this company left a disabled woman without any health care for two weeks no clean laundry no dishes no clean house and they're blaming everyone except themselves do not use this company ever
