My caregiver is great! Don't know what I would do without her.
The caregivers from Homewatch are incredible! The office support on billing and scheduling is wonderful, flexible and very responsive. The caregivers that come to my Mom's home to care for her are angels catering to her needs with safety first and so much compassion and patience. They have each become part of the family. As I travel out of state often, Homewatch Caregivers has given me comfort in knowing that someone is able to look in on my husband ,who has dementia, twice a week. Caregiver has taken him to dentist, shopping and even out for a meal! Also encourages him for clothing changes. They also provide a nurse every other week to monitor the medications he takes and they notify me when he is getting low so I can order new meds via mail delivery. My husband is content with these visits!
The management team was thorough, kind and professional. The caregivers who have been to our home have been wonderful. They are well trained, compassionate, thorough in their jobs, fast, and willing to help in any way they can. I am happy and confident to recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Lakewood.
