I highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Billings who provided my husband exceptional care and transport during a hospital procedure and overnight post-op monitoring when I was unable due to health restrictions. Jennifer, Susan, and JoJo are professional, personable, compassionate and caring, with excellent communication skills. They provided an optimal caregiving experience from start to finish that exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for their outstanding service.
Where to start with the absolute professionalism of this Billings Mt based company..they have been like a family !..I enjoyed all the care they radiate on clients and employees..I cant think of any negativity as I transfer from Billings Mt to Palm Harbor Fl...they are the one stop for all your caregiver needs ..employees are valued !. My grandpa need care to return home. He has had care from other companies in the past and they could not hold a candle to the incredible people at Homewatch. Shambree is his main caregiver and is incredible. Shambree great at anticipating needs and has a great relationship with my grandpa. The team at Homewatch has great systems to support their caregivers and has the best standards and practices of any home care company I have worked with. They give me peace of mind with the care of my loved one!
Saige is a top notch caregiver. She has great self-initiative, attentive, compassionate, eager to help, and thorough. She makes my days brighter. Harli is also a friendly caregiver with great listening skills and easy conversing with. The owner, Randy is very helpful and friendly. He made himself available when I needed assistance with my new Homewatch Connect. I have enjoyed my Homewatch Connect.
