TL;DR: Out of four child care providers I've used, Homewatch CareGivers of Bellevue has provided the worst service. Details: I've met 6 nannies so far. Two of them are from Homewatch CareGivers of Bellevue. They sent 2 nannies in 2 days. Neither of them provide a good experience. The first nanny is a very young student who obviously doesn't have enough experience to care about a 8 month baby. My wife had to take over my child when he was crying. I called after hours and they answered, and they were able to get me care within 24hrs of my call. My mom broke her hip and needed overnight care so I could sleep. All the care providers were amazing and the management checked in often. They will be my first call if I have a need in the future!
I love my Homewath agensy !The owner and managers are very nice ,kind and helpful ! They understanding us any time ,Also Childcare manager Whitney and Staysee are so nice ,friendly ,helpful ,and they both hard workers and they doing their job from hearts !
